A Letter From Lucien

Heyyy delegates!

It’s me, Lucien Agustin, and I’ll be the chair for this year’s UN Security Council!

I’ve been involved in MUN now for over 3 years, and I am excited to be your chair and preside over our conference on the Security Council!

 I’ve always been interested in history and countries and international affairs, so the Security Council was perfect for me as we will be tackling issues over maintaining world peace and security and combating all-sorts of threats (from Neo-Nazi Terrorists to Satanist Death Worshipping Cultists!) that endanger our global security!

Some fun whatever stuff about me:

• I like to draw (draw whenever I have that is) and I encourage you all to be creative as well!!! (I do a little bit of graffiti so you can ask me to draw out your names!)

• I like to overdress for academic tournaments, I think it's just a cool way of self-expression (heck, you may even see me in a fit this conference!)

• Definitely NOT chronically online.

• Oh yeah, I should include the fun fact that I snuck into the Mormon Christmas party (food was great!)

All in all, welcome to the Security Council! I’m a very open-minded person and so don’t be afraid to share some of your more… wacky approaches to the Security Council!
