Delegations may be any size, but each must be accompanied by an adult sponsor. The ratio of delegates to sponsors may not exceed 20:1. Delegates are expected to research their committee topics, write position papers, observe parliamentary procedure, and participate in debate. The conference will be held at LAMP High School from January 30, 2025 to January 31, 2025. On both days, committees are expected to last from approximately 7:30am to 2:30pm with short breaks and a longer lunch break in between. Delegations will have a choice between Chick-Fil-A and school lunch, with additional snacks and drinks available for purchase through Delegate Services.
Registration will be $30 per delegate (or $35 per delegate, if registering late). Once your form has been received, LIMUN XXXVIII will send the sponsor a confirmation email. This email will be sent within five (5) business days and will include both the school's invoice regarding payments for delegate fees and information on how to pay fees. A LIMUN XXXVIII T-shirt order form and meal form will be included in this email. If paid for, T-shirts will be given to students on Thursday.
